Q40: ___________

Sample Answer:

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a third year International Business student and I would like to apply to study abroad next year.

I believe that studying in another country will teach me more about my subject because I will be able to learn in an international environment. During my 2 years at this university I have completed several projects conerning international culture and companies but have no first hand experience of these topics which studying abroad will give me.

International Marketing is the course I would like to apply for because I have already completed 2 Marketing theory courses but they did not have an international element. Learning this new subject will certainly help me gain more knowledge of Marketing in general.

I consider myself to be a good candidate because I have excellent grades and speak several international languages. Thus, I would be a good ambassador for the university.

I look forward to your reply.

Yours faithfully
Christopher Biggins
