What are the iPass IELTS Top-up Plans?
They are for IELTS test candidates - General or Academic - who need additional professional feedback from an experienced exams tutor on their speaking and writing skills in order to get a higher band score.
What do they include?
You can choose from the following 3 options:
| Top-Up 1 | 2 practice tasks | 14 days | €25 |
| Top-Up 2 | 4 practice tasks | 21 days | €45 |
| Top-Up 3 | 6 practice tasks | 30 days | €65 |
1 task = 1 complete speaking test OR 1 writing question (Task 1 or Task 2)
Can I combine speaking and writing in one plan?
Yes. For example, if you chose Top-up 1, you could have one speaking test and one writing task.
Who gives me my feedback?
Your feedback will be given by an iPass exams tutor. All of our online tutors are native English speakers as well as highly experienced EFL teachers and examiners.
How long do I have to wait for my feedback?
Your feedback for the speaking tests will be immediate – directly after the test, your tutor will give you constructive criticism on your performance and tell you what you need to improve on for a higher band score.
Your feedback for the writing questions is sent to you by email within 2 days of submission and includes a detailed written analysis based on the IELTS criteria, 2 sample answers and an oral commentary on your strengths and weaknesses.

How do I choose my speaking or writing tasks?
You can select any iPass IELTS writing question from the website. Select a task and submit your answer online.
For the speaking, you can either choose an iPass IELTS speaking test from the website or you can ask your tutor to select a test at random.
