Brigita - iPass student of the month
Brigita first joined iPass in November last year, having already taken the Academic IELTS test 3 times. As an Oncologist wishing to work in the UK, Brigita needed an overall bandscore of 7.5 for GMC registration, with no less than 7 in each test.
As anyone who has tried this knows, it is not an easy feat! Despite scoring highly in Reading and Listening, Brigita never scored higher than 6.5 in Writing and her Speaking scores fluctuated between 6 and 7. However, on 20th March having taking the IELTS Express and a top-up speaking course, Brigita finally got the scores she needed: Speaking + Writing 7; Reading 8.5; Listening 7.5; Overall 7.5
Everyone on the iPass team is very proud of Brigita’s grit and determination to achieve her goal and we are pleased to say she has now been able to accept a job offer in England to work as an Oncologist and will start next month! We wish her every success!!
