Fluency and coherence Lexical resource
Is willing to speak at length about most topics but hesitation and self-correction causes some fluency problems. Speech is generally well-developed and uses a range of linking devices. Uses a wide range of lexis and shows understanding of style and collocation. There are also several exmaples of less common and more idiomatic language such as 'volunteer basis', 'you can be mobile' and 'miscommunication'.
Grammatical range and accuracy Pronunciation
Utilises a nice range of complex structures with generally good accuracy ('you choose, depending on what..', 'to help brands to..is to combine...'). However, a couple of errors do provide some problems for the listener such as 'makes feel like having garden', 'If I went to see them it couldn’t be...' Uses some varied stress and intonation to convey precise meaning but it is not sustained. Continual difficulties with phonemes such as L and R and frequent rapid speech makes individual sounds and words unclear.

I would like to thank Jenny and Nigel for their remarkable effort in assisting me to achieve my desired band score in speaking (band 7). I was frustrated trying to attain my preferred score because of the deadline from my recruitment agency and I’d got a low score in my previous exam.

I took the IELTS Speaking Plus course which has five Skype practice interviews because I badly needed somebody to assess the way I answer the questions. Thru these interviews, I developed my confidence in speaking fluently with the help of Jenny and Nigel. They informed me about my mistakes and how to improve them with their valuable feedback. They also provided tips and strategies on how to attain my preferred score. They also have variety of exercises and videos in the website to support the candidates in improving their English language skills.

I definitely recommend iPassIELTS to my friends who are planning to take IELTS in the near future because they are supportive and professional.
